POSTING RULES
These rules must be followed IC at all times. No exceptions.
Posting Rules for Humans
Humans are just that: Human. They’re no different to you or I, they can’t change into anything, they can’t see the future and they can’t converse in a telepathic way unless you state it in their biography. That being said any human wanting to have some SMALL level of psychic ability will be scrutinized heavily by me, and will only be approved if I think you won’t abuse the privilege. Please note that any human wishing to be Changed into a Vampyr will need to approach the player of a Vampyr in order to be their sire. The Brudjan Prince doesn’t Change anyonehimself so don’t get designs; His Generals do it for him.
Posting Rules for Vampyrs
Vampyrs do have a certain level of each minor ability (being Physical Superiority to the point where they are stronger than most humans but not omgsuperkillers, Camouflage to the point where they can conceal themselves in shadows to a basic degree, Healing to the point where they can heal superficial wounds like minor cuts or bruises, and very basic Telepathy to the point where they can only hear the thoughts of others if directed at them).
These are basic abilities for all Vampyrs.
If you wish to enhance a certain category, then do so in your biography in the 'ability rating' section. Otherwise, your Vampyr will only have the VERY LIMITED abilities above. Therefore if you have no rating in Precognition, Transformation, Flying, Language Barrier, Mind Control or Touch Memory you will have no abilities in these areas at all.
